Dev was most recently seen on November 3, 2021, around 1:00 a.m., leaving his home on the 1900 square of Beloit Avenue. He has not been seen or heard from since. Dev’s telephone is off, and loved ones can’t get in touch with him and are worried about his security.
Dev is a 22-year-old male with dark hair and earthy-colored eyes. He stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs around 190 pounds. Dev was most recently seen wearing a blue coat, green shirt, red jeans, and dark shoes.
