  • Having a spa session or taking a warm bath also kills bacteria and strengthens your immune system. Plus, it also helps you with the symptoms of cold and flu. 
  • The level of serotonin also increases by taking a warm bath. This hormone, also called the feel-good hormone, is known to improve mental well-being. This can explain why you feel happy, calm, and relieved of stress after taking a warm bath. 
  • Look for cures in herbal treatments

Herbal treatments might have been more widespread in older days than now, as allopathic treatments have become more prevalent. But they are still very effective in alleviating mental issues like stress and anxiety. They are also great for soothing your nerves. 

A warm herbal brew doesn’t take more than five minutes to prepare and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Many herbal teas are an excellent alternative to less healthy caffeinated drinks.

Developing strong and healthy relationships go beyond affecting your mental health. It improves your immunity and helps you recuperate from diseases more swiftly, which might increase your lifespan. 

On the contrary, loneliness negatively affects your health and well-being. It can interrupt your sleep routine, increase cortisol, and decrease your satisfaction with life. So, develop healthy relations to attain inner peace as well as physical well-being.
