The Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office attributed the public’s fast reaction to the warning in finding the suspect and the person in question. Major Wendell Raborn said Boudreaux seized his ex, who has a limiting request against him, around 8 p.m. Saturday from the Lowe’s on Center Street.
The casualty endeavored to escape from Boudreaux by leaping out of the vehicle they were in. Witnesses told appointees Boudreaux constrained the casualty back into his pickup truck.
Boudreaux is currently in the care of the sheriff’s office and will be accused of second-degree hijacking, endeavored second-degree murder, and infringement of a defensive request.
