Jeff Shepherd Missing – I was correct with regards to the quarry. However, I didn’t realize they had broadened the guardrail after a semi went off the street there. From perusing past articles in the nearby paper, the semi-destroyed around fourteen days before Jeff disappeared and it took out an enormous lump of guardrail.

Shepherd was most recently seen leaving a bar in Winfield, TN on the KY/TN state line in March of 2018, which is around 20-30 minutes from his home in Whitley City, KY. In 2018, 2 different men had likewise disappeared along a similar street Jeff lived on. Darren Kidd’s body was tracked down that year, however, William Cross is as yet absent. I had thought it was plausible that he had driven off the roadside, however, it actually hasn’t been 100% affirmed that this is what befell him.
