Alpo Martinez Death – Martinez’s passing is being treated as a murder by the Department. Martinez was shot in a red 2017 Dodge Ram that had Texas paper plates. He was found on W. 147th St. close to Frederick Douglass Blvd. in Harlem. Yet, the shots were discharged on W. 152nd St. It’s accepted Martinez drove a couple of squares prior to colliding with the rear of another vehicle.
