Missing Alabama Student – Police are looking for a University of Alabama understudy missing since early Sunday. Garrett Walker, a 20-year-old junior was most recently seen around 1:15 a.m. at the Gray Lady on Greensboro Avenue in Tuscaloosa. His phone was tracked down Sunday evening at the Riverwalk.
Tuscaloosa police authorities said they got an authority report for someone who has gone missing Sunday evening. Tuscaloosa and University of Alabama cops have been looking for Walker, who is from Maryland, since Sunday morning.
Representative Stephanie Taylor said clothing things accepted to have a place with Walker were found in the Black Warrior River, about a half-mile from where he was most recently seen.
Tuscaloosa Fire and Rescue and Tuscaloosa police will be looking through the space at Monday’s first light.
