Richard Ansell Obituary – Richard Ansell Passed Away! Richard D. Ansell, 87, of Marianna, died at his home, Saturday, February 20, 2021. He was conceived April 30, 1933, in Marianna, a child of the late Harry Donald Ansell and Margaret Ansell.
Richard was a crane administrator for U.S. Steel, resigning from Edgar Thomson Works following 42 years. He delighted in chipping away at vehicles, apparatuses, and so on and was pursued by numerous individuals for his capacity to fix for all intents and purposes anything.
He was an individual from the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church and American Legion Post 0744, and served on the Horne’s Cemetery Board. He played for the congregation’s Fellowship Dartball group. He chipped in his time for different nearby associations.
