Kristie Ball, who tweeted an image of herself holding up a comfortable wool number, enjoyed a hearty chuckle when she saw what her better half, Tim, had gifted her.
“Tim requested it before the ‘SNL’ episode broadcasted and he was breaking out in a cold sweat,” Ball, a mother of 4-year-old twins in Rochester, New York, told TODAY Parents. “He was in a frenzy, thinking he’d butchered Christmas. Yet, I quite needed a robe!”

Amy Goohs-Hardman was likewise amped up for the loungewear she got from her four children.
“They were attempting to be smart,” said the Ohio-based mother. “I’d been wearing a similar raggedy old robe for over 16 years! It is a real sense burst into flames.”
While Goods-Hardman was grateful, she prodded her youngsters.
