Thomas Osborne Obituary – Passed Away! Thomas James Osborne was brought into the world in St Cloud, Minnesota January 5, 1956 to Irene and Bill Osborne. He was the third of eight kids. He was brought up in Billings, Montana and moved on from Central High School. He went to Montana State University, Billings on a b-ball grant and acquired a four year certification in Physical Education.
Tom established the Big Sky State Games in Montana and filled in as the chief from 1985 to 1993. He filled in as the chief head of the National Congress of State Games from 1993 to 2003 and aided the formation of the State Games of America. He was an individual from the U.S. Olympic Committee Board of Directors and served on the chief panel from 1996 to 2000.
Tom joined the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation as the president and CEO in 2003. He was the Chairman of the Pikes Peak Hill Climb Board for quite some time. He carried many games to Colorado Springs including the Warrior Games, chief cycling occasions, and aided proceed with the tradition of the Labor Day Lift Off.
