Justin was brought into the world on September 5, 1982 in Lowndes County to Jackie Vickers of Iron City, Ga and Kay Luke Register of Valdosta.
He was utilized by The Scruggs Company and was Baptist by Faith. He delighted in playing b-ball with his more youthful Brother, Taylor and investing energy with the light of his reality, Ansley. Justin consistently delighted in whatever relates to vehicles. He was gone before in death by his Paternal Grandparents, W.H. Vickers and Betty Jo Johnson.
