Bronx, N.Y. rapper Kay Flock has been captured for supposedly killing a man during a debate outside a Harlem, N.Y. barbershop.
The 18-year-old drill rapper conceived Kevin Perez, was arrested later self-giving up to criminal investigators at the 30th area on Thursday (Dec. 23) and accused of homicide and criminal ownership of a weapon in association with the shooting demise of Oscar Hernandez, 24, XXL has affirmed through the New York City Police Department.
The charges come from an occurrence that happened on Dec. 16 at a barbershop on Amsterdam Ave. at W. 151st Street. As per a report from New York Daily News, Hernandez was in the shop standing by to get a hairstyle in the blink of an eye before 10 a.m. As indicated by police, Kay Flock made the way for the foundation and asked the casualty what he was taking a gander at. Hernandez then, at that point, strolled outside to stand up to Kay Flock. A contention resulted. Police say as the two men were leaving, Kay Flock took out a firearm and fired Hernandez in the neck and back. Hernandez was taken to Mt. Sinai Morningside Hospital where he was articulated dead.
