“You wouldn’t dream a great movement day would end like this,” the lady told the Hobart Mercury.
“We as a whole vibe so devastated for the guardians in question. Furthermore, feel regretful that we are likewise soothed our youngsters were not harmed.”
A coroner’s examination was in progress, police said.
Devonport, on Tasmania’s northern coast, is a little port city with just shy of 30,000 occupants.
